1.Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash; they can only be exchanged for products available on the following websites:

2.Vouchers may be exchanged by the recipient for goods of a higher value than the gift voucher upon payment of the difference; if exchanged for goods of a lower value, no change will be given.

3.For redemption, vouchers must be presented intact to Turner Richards, 68H Wyrley Road, Birmingham B6 7BN.

Spent vouchers will be returned cancelled with the despatched order.
